Hello and welcome!

I am based in West Norwood SE27 and offer therapy on a long or short term basis depending on your needs. I have been practising as a therapist for 10 years and before this I  worked with children in residential care and families who were experiencing problems. I also have extensive experience of working with addictions, primarily substance misuse and have been in private practice for 6 years where I work with anyone experiencing problems such as depression, anger management issues, bereavement or loss, low self esteem, anxiety and relationship issues.

I work in an integrative way, which means that I integrate different types of therapy into my work depending on what I feel would be most beneficial for you, having qualified as an Integrative counsellor and had additional training in person centred art therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing and solution focussed therapy.

I am located close to West Norwood rail station (6 minute walk) and parking is free. I offer appointments during the daytime or evening with some concessions available. On Tuesday evenings I work from Harley Street, W1, which is a 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube station.
